Because each Orbix is 3D printed, minor layer lines or small variations may be present. These are normal characteristics of the printing process and make each piece slightly unique.
Notes about Glow In the Dark Features: In order to achieve the brightest possible glow, UV light is required. Direct sunlight or UV "Blacklight" that emit light in the ultraviolet spectrum will charge the glow in the dark filament to its brightest. Effects can last from 5 to 80 minutes depending on the amount of UV light received. Individual results may vary.

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of confirmed delivery if they are unsatisfied with the product quality. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper storage. The request must be submitted within the 14-day return window. This warranty does not apply to bulk orders with volume discounts or custom orders.
We offer a ninety (90) day exchange policy for most products that experience breakage due to material or manufacturing defects only. Damage must be reported within 90 days of the date of delivery. We reserve the right to request photo evidence of the damage. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

sturdy, looks amazing. lots of fun
Great fun fidget. Daughter and adults love it
It was cool at first, but then the rubber band broke. I gave it three stars for how it worked and how we had an amazing ball bearings but the two stars are lost because both of the bands broke and one of the pieces kept on coming off that we had to put back on.
Hi Evan, the rubber band breaking is normal under repeated use which is why there is a spare included along with the size required for replacement, this would be true for any fidget spinner that uses a band for tension. If you could send me some pictures of what piece kept coming off so we can look into the problem with fitment that would be great. I would be happy to send you a replacement.
