Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

By placing an order with this store, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:

1. Returns (Quality-Related Dissatisfaction)
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of confirmed delivery if they are unsatisfied with the product quality.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • The request must be submitted within the 14-day return window.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges.

2. Exchanges (Material Defects Only)
We offer a thirty (30) day exchange policy for products that experience breakage due to material or manufacturing defects only.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
  • The damage must be determined to be the result of a material or manufacturing defect, not misuse, accidental damage, environmental exposure (e.g., heat), or normal wear.

We reserve the right to request photo evidence or return of the item for inspection prior to approving an exchange.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned outside of the stated return or exchange windows
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
  • Custom orders (unless defective as outlined above)
  • Bulk Orders (replacements offered due to shipping damage only)

5. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
