Are your images AI Generated? They look AI.

All of the product photos you see in the images are of REAL products that are printed and sold. Our use of AI is strictly limited to text generated, advertisements and backgrounds. Since we are not graphic designers, we use ChatGPT5.5 to take photographed images with white backdrops to generate staged backgrounds to simulate them in a real world environment. You may see artificially generated desks or hands demonstrating size or practical use of the product. Everything that you see of the products is real and exactly what you will receive. If for some reason you are interested in a product but hesitant to purchase because of the AI generated backgrounds, you can always request images of the product you want to purchase from us directly and we will photograph the exact product in detail that will be shipped to you.


Are your products toys?

No. All items sold in our shop are decorative collectibles only (unless otherwise specified) and are not intended to be used as toys. They are designed for display purposes. Why? Majority of 3D printed products are made from PLA, polylactic acid. PLA is inherently brittle by nature. While we do use higher quality plastics with better tensile strength compared to other stores, designs that have flexible joints or hinges are typically still not strong enough for repeated bending and twisting, which is why we do not label them as children's toys.



Well do you sell anything that isn't a collectible?

Yes! However prints that are designed with functional purpose use different plastic and may be considered toxic and not safe for children or pets. This will be specified in the product description. Common materials include ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate), Nylon, ABS plastic and other filaments that may contain microscopic glass fiber or carbon fiber.


Are your products safe for children?
Our products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 6. Please keep all items out of reach of young children.


Why does my item have small imperfections?

Each item is created using 3D printing technology. Because of this process, you may notice layer lines, slight variations, or minor imperfections. These are normal and part of the unique character of 3D printed products—not defects.


Can I return my item if I’m not happy with it?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery if you are unsatisfied with the quality. Items must be returned in their original condition.


Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


What if my item arrives broken or breaks shortly after delivery?

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for items that experience breakage due to material or manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by drops, misuse, heat exposure, or improper handling is not covered.


Do you need proof for exchanges?

Yes. We may request photos of the item and packaging to verify the issue before approving an exchange.


Can I return or exchange a custom order?

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is defective.


Can I resell or copy your designs?

No. All designs are original or commercially licensed. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold in any form after purchase.


What is a commercially licensed design?

Commercially licensed designs fall under what is what is known as a "Creative Commons License". It is a legally enforceable copyright that allows creators of digital designs to license businesses to resell physical copies of their digital designs. Products that are kept in regular inventory fall under "Creative Commons License" and are indicated as such in the description. Products listed as "Made to Order" or "Print Service ONLY" are not available for resale as regular product inventory, only the print service. These services have extended turnaround times ranging from 7-14 days depending on print time and order volume.


How should I care for my 3D printed item?

  • Keep away from high heat (can cause warping)
  • Avoid rough handling or drops
  • Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth

Do colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.


What happens if my return doesn’t meet the policy?

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be denied or sent back at the buyer’s expense.
