Every print is subject to a $1 per hour labor charge which covers our time and electricity costs associated with printing. For example, if you select a print that takes 18 hours from start to completion the rate is $1.00 x 18 for a total of $18 in print time.

Material costs are calculated per gram based on current market pricing. For example, if your print requires 250 grams of material to print and a 1KG roll of the selected material cost $20 that cost equates to a charge of $5.00 in material costs. $20 / 1000 grams = $0.02 per gram.

Some printing materials are harmful to our printers and cause excessive wear. Glass and carbon fiber filled plastics and materials containing additives such as marble, wood or other materials such as glow in the dark additives. There is a $3.99 fee on custom prints for any of these materials to cover machine maintenance required when printing.

Orders over $1000 are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee upon purchase.

Free Economy Shipping is provided on orders over $35 for most orders unless otherwise specified. Extra Large prints such as life size models or bulk orders that require multiple shipping containers or excessive amounts of packing material may not quality for free shipping.

Freight orders are a special shipping rate that must be negotiated prior to fulfillment.

There is a strict NO REFUND policy on custom and bulk orders.

Both custom and bulk orders are still covered by our 30 - 90 (where applicable) day exchange and replacement warranty for material defects and breakage and as always are covered with insurance for damage caused during shipping.

Sometimes things to happen, fidget clickers can break, boxes can be crushed, but rest assured when you purchase that we will make sure that you are always satisfied.
