The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper storage. The request must be submitted within the 14-day return window. We offer a thirty (30) day exchange policy for most products that experience breakage due to material or manufacturing defects only. Damage must be reported within 30 days of the date of delivery.
