Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of confirmed delivery if they are unsatisfied with the product quality. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper storage. The request must be submitted within the 14-day return window. This warranty does not apply to bulk orders with volume discounts or custom orders.
We offer a thirty (30) day exchange policy for most products that experience breakage due to material or manufacturing defects only. Damage must be reported within 30 days of the date of delivery. We reserve the right to request photo evidence of the damage. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
